The goal of the club is to help members become more comfortable personal computer users.
We do this by:
Scheduling informative meeting presentations
Providing opportunities for members to share computer questions and answers
Offering members, for a small fee, educational opportunities for novice and more experienced computer users in the use and maintenance of personal computers and the use of popular computer applications
Maintaining a computer lab for conducting computer training for members and for scheduled open usage by park residents
Membership dues are $10.00 per household, per season.
The classes will be taught in ViewPoint's Computer
Lab, and the next door Computer Classroom which is
managed by the Computer Club, but which is shared with other clubs
and any ViewPoint resident on an arranged basis. Contact the
Activity Office for further information.
We cater to novice as well as the more
knowledgeable members. However, our
members are not qualified to offer technical help
with computer equipment.
